HMPO shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, operational delays by courier services, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
All risk in the product passes to you upon delivery

HMPO shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the products once they have been delivered and signed for at the delivery address provided.

Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 1 April 2025
At HMPO, we are committed to getting your items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process:
1. Delivery Timelines
1.1. During sale periods or times of high order volumes, delivery may take between 5 to 7 working days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.
2. Dispatch Notification
2.1. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp with all the relevant tracking details.
3. Delivery Area
3.1. Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. We are unable to ship orders across South African borders at this time. Stay connected with us on social media for the latest updates and news.
4. Weekend Orders
4.1. Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day, typically Monday. Dispatch confirmation will also be sent on Monday.
5. Delivery Window
5.1. Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 17:00. A signature from you or an authorized third party will be required as proof of delivery.
6. Missed Deliveries
6.1.If you are unavailable at the time of delivery and have not arranged for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf, the courier company will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt.
7. Recommended Delivery Address
7.1. We recommend providing your usual daytime address — whether it be your home, workplace, or another location where someone is available to sign for the parcel.
If needed, you may authorize a trusted third party’s daytime address for delivery.
Please note: Post Office Boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
